At Camden Body Jewellery, we prioritize hygiene and safety; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on unworn items in their original heat-sealed packaging. Please note that for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on body jewellery if the tamper-evident seal has been broken.

Ensure your items are in their original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging and that it has been less than 30 days since your purchase.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the sealed item to receive your Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewellery in a padded envelope or its original box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the Return Authorization number on the outside.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a tracked shipping service to our Camden warehouse; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of arrival.
